I began my career in the insurance industry over 15 years ago and have knowledge and experience across many areas of the sector. For the last 10 years I have been HR focussed, an area which I find extremely interesting and rewarding. Having been with Cogent Claims since its creation, my passion is our culture and values which I strongly believe sets us apart from other companies. We work together to reach our common goals and support each other along the way!
